Tourism, Recreation, & Parks
The village is home to a beautiful, self-contained downtown park that
has developed gradually over the years. Originally it was a small area
funded by a grant from the Devonian Foundation. A major contribution from
the Municipal Recreation Tourism Program, along with assistance from the
Recreation, Parks & Wildlife Foundation, County
of Camrose, Edberg Recreation Association, Village
of Edberg and private donations has allowed it to boast of the many
features it holds today.
It has developed into a much larger area, now encompassing the former
C.N.R. station grounds and the old hardware store site. The park is an
ideal place for family reunions, picnics, and other outdoor activities.
